The Greater Perimeter Chamber has hired Dunwoody resident Todd Olesiuk as its development director for partners and investors, the organization announced Sunday, July 12.
Olesiuk will work to expand strategic partnerships, grow membership, and strengthen relationships with investors and community stakeholders across the Perimeter region, according to the chamber release.
He brings experience in business development, fundraising, and relationship management across the technology, SaaS, fintech, and nonprofit sectors. He has previously worked with businesses, nonprofits, and schools to build fundraising partnerships. His specific prior employers were not disclosed in the announcement.
"As someone who has set roots in Dunwoody, I have a deep appreciation for this community and the businesses that make it thrive," Olesiuk said. "I'm excited to build strong partnerships, support our members and help create new opportunities that contribute to the continued success of the Greater Perimeter region."
Chamber president and CEO Adam Forrand said Olesiuk's local connections and relationship-building experience made him a strong addition to the team.
Chamber background
The Greater Perimeter Chamber formed in early 2025 from the merger of the former Dunwoody-based Perimeter Chamber and the Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber. The unified organization held its inaugural meeting on Thursday, February 20, 2025, with Forrand taking the helm as president and CEO. He had led the Sandy Springs chamber since November 2022.
The chamber's tagline reads "advancing Dunwoody & Sandy Springs," and it serves businesses ranging from solo entrepreneurs to major corporations. Its Chairman's Circle members include Northside Hospital, Mercedes-Benz, State Farm, Inspire Brands, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. The Perimeter Community Improvement Districts is also a member.
Olesiuk joins a six-person staff that includes Executive Vice President Paula Shiver, Director of Marketing and Communications Paige Raskin, Director of Programs and Engagement Penny Forman, and Events Assistant Susan Holtz.
The hire is one of the chamber's first publicly announced staff additions since the two organizations merged. More information about the chamber is available at greaterperimeterchamber.com.
