Dunwoody's destination marketing organization is moving to High Street, bringing a community podcast studio to the Perimeter's marquee mixed-use development.

Discover Dunwoody signed a lease for approximately 3,800 square feet of office space at the GID-developed project at Perimeter Center Parkway and Hammond Drive, Rough Draft Atlanta reported Tuesday, Sept. 1. The organization expects to complete the move by the end of 2026.

The new office will include a dedicated studio for Dunwoody Dialogues, Discover Dunwoody's community broadcast program. The studio will also be open to local businesses, community partners and organizations for their own recording needs, according to the organization's release.

"High Street represents exactly the kind of energy, accessibility, and destination appeal that makes Dunwoody special," Ray Ezelle, CEO and president of Discover Dunwoody, said in the release. "… Being located in the center of this exciting development gives us a front-row seat to the city's continued growth."

The lease puts Discover Dunwoody steps from the restaurants and retailers it promotes. It also places the organization alongside TriNet, the California-based HR company that cut the ribbon on a 150,000-square-foot office at High Street in August 2026. TriNet has pledged to add 750 jobs in Dunwoody over five years, according to 11Alive.

Ann Hanlon, executive director of the Perimeter Community Improvement District and chair of Discover Dunwoody's board, called the lease "a strong vote of confidence" in the Perimeter's direction.

High Street's first phase spans 150,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, 600 apartments, 90,000 square feet of loft offices and 222,000 square feet of existing office space, all connected by a central park. Developer GID has said phase two is on pace to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2026, adding 300 apartments, 40,000 square feet of loft offices and 80,000 square feet of retail, according to Urbanize Atlanta.

The full master plan calls for 3,000 apartments, a 400-room hotel and roughly 400,000 square feet of shopping and dining across 36 acres. The project broke ground in November 2021 and is expected to cost $2 billion at buildout.

No ribbon-cutting date has been set beyond the end-of-2026 move-in target.
